  • 2 lb. boneless venison stew meat (can use beef)
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can of burgundy wine
  • 2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • cajun spice to taste

    In a large skillet, brown meat in oil. In a large stew pot add seasonings, soup, wine, vegetables and meat. Cover and let simmer for no less than 8 hours.
