- 2 lb. boneless venison stew meat (can use beef)
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup
- 1 soup can of burgundy wine
- 2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. oil
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. parsley
- cajun spice to taste
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown meat in oil. In a large stew pot add seasonings, soup, wine, vegetables and meat. Cover and let simmer for no less than 8 hours.
