- 1 lb. venison stew meat, cubed
- 1 stick celery, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 large carrots, diced
- 1 qt. canned tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place cubed venison in a large pot with plenty of water and let it boil while preparing vegetables.

2Add vegetables, salt and pepper.

3Cook until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.

4Add 2 tablespoons of browned flour and 1/2 cup of water; stir until thickened.
