- 1 1/2 lb. venison steak, sliced
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 c. sour cream
- chow mein noodles
Directions

1Flour and brown meat in skillet.

2Add mushrooms and onions and brown slightly.

3Add beef broth.

4Cover and cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

5Gradually add the sour cream and cook 5 minutes over low heat.

6Serve over chow mein noodles.
