- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 2- 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Mint Bites (I Used Andes Mint Bites Found In The Baking Aisle)
Directions

1In a large bowl, add Nutella and honey.

2Microwave for about 15 seconds so that the mixture is easy to spread.

3Remove from microwave and add oats, vanilla, and salt.

4Mix well.

5Stir in the mint bites, making sure everything is evenly combined.

6Place bowl into refrigerator for about 15 minutes, so that mixture is easy to roll into balls.

7Form mixture into balls.

8Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
