- 1 lb. ground venison
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. noodles
Directions

1In large skillet, cook meat and onion in butter until meat is brown.

2Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.

3Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Reduce heat.

5Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

6Stir in sour cream.

7Heat through.

8Serve over cooked noodles.
