- 1 1/2 lb. venison, cut in strips
- flour, salt and pepper
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 sliced onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Roll steak in flour, salt, pepper, dill weed and paprika. Brown in 1/4 stick butter in large skillet.

2Add mushrooms, onion, garlic and bouillon.

3Let simmer about 45 minutes.

4Stir in sour cream (be sure not to boil).

5Simmer a few minutes until heated and serve over hot noodles.
