- 2 lb. venison steak, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
Directions

1Brown venison cubes in butter.

2Stir in onion soup mix.

3Add water, parsley, garlic powder, pepper and oregano.

4When meat is tender, add 1/2 cup of sour cream.

5Blend 1/4 cup cornstarch with small amount of water.

6Stir into meat until thickened.

7Serve over rice or noodles.
