Venison Stroganoff

  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 1/2 lb. venison strips
  • 2 small cans mushrooms (undrained)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Saute onion in butter until golden; set aside.

    Roll meat in flour.

    Cook until brown.

    Saute in remaining butter.

    Place in pot.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Cook on medium for about 20 or 30 minutes.
