- 2 1/2 lb. venison strips
- 2 small cans mushrooms (undrained)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 16 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until golden; set aside.

3Cook until brown.

4Saute in remaining butter.

5Place in pot.

6Add remaining ingredients.

7Cook on medium for about 20 or 30 minutes.
