- 1 lb. venison steak, cut in strips
- 1 Tbsp. coking oil
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Mix flour with salt and pepper to taste.

2Dredge meat in flour and brown in oil with onion.

3Add tomato juice, water and sugar. Simmer until tender.

4Ten minutes before serving, add mushrooms and sour cream.
