Venison Tacos

  • 2 lb. ground venison
  • 1 tsp. margarine
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Saute ground venison in margarine in large skillet.

    When venison is brown, add pepper, onions, lemon juice, soy sauce and mustard; cook five minutes more.

    Spoon meat into warm taco shells.

    Top with cheese, tomatoes and sour cream if desired.
