- 2 lb. ground venison
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 taco shells
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Saute ground venison in margarine in large skillet.

2When venison is brown, add pepper, onions, lemon juice, soy sauce and mustard; cook five minutes more.

3Spoon meat into warm taco shells.

4Top with cheese, tomatoes and sour cream if desired.
