- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

1Whip eggs and milk together.

2Dip tenderloin in mixture and coat with corn flake crumbs.

3Season with salt and pepper. Put in pan and bake
