- 3 eggs
- 3 1/8 tablespoons milk powder skimmed
- 7/8 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 5/8 cup cheese grated Gruyere Comte
- 1 3/8 tablespoons melted butter
- salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 210 degrees Celsius.

2Put popover molds in oven.

3Pour the milk powder in a bowl, and dilute it with water, whisking with a fork.

4In another bowl whisk the egg, add the milk, whisk for 2 or 3 minutes.

5Gradually add the flour and salt, and mix to obtain a smooth paste, then add the melted butter.

6Add the gruyere.

7Remove the molds from the oven, grease, and fill to 2/3 full.

8Bake for about 20 minutes (until very inflated), then for about 10 minutes at 180 C.
