  • 2 boxes vermicelli or fideo
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 3 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 large jar pimentos, drained and chopped
  • 1 large can black olives, drained and chopped
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas (unthawed)

Directions

    Boil vermicelli in water with 2 tablespoons oil; drain and rinse.

    Marinate overnight in salad oil, Accent and lemon juice. Next day, add all other ingredients.
