Vermicelli Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes vermicelli
  • 3 Tbsp. Accent
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 c. black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green olives, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. Italian dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook vermicelli and drain.

    Do not rinse.

    Put in airtight container.

    Add Accent, lemon juice and oil.

    Toss lightly and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    Add the rest of the ingredients.
