  • 4 small jars or 2 junior jars baby food carrots
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Mix together sugar, oil and baby food carrots.
