Ingredients
- 4 large vidalia onions
- 4 beef bouillon cubes or 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 8 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
- aluminum foil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2After cleaning and coring onion, put one bouillon cube into each onion core.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Fill rest of onion core with butter.

5Wrap loosely in foil allowing room inside for expansion.

6Cook slowly for 3 hours, depending on your preference on how soft you want your Vidalia Onion.

7The longer and slower it cooks the better.

8Pour finished product into a deep bowl, and enjoy.
