- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream butter and cream cheese until blended and fluffy.

2Add flour and knead to smooth dough.

3Wrap in wax paper and chill for several hours.

4Roll 1/8-inch thick into rectangle.

5Cut into 2-inch squares.

6Place 1/4 teaspoon jelly in center of each; fold corner over and seal together tightly.

7Brush with egg yolk, mixed with milk and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

8Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a 400° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

9You may use fruit or nut filling.
