  • 1 to 2 lb. chicken breasts or thighs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Rinse chicken under cold water.

    Place in baking pan and season with salt and pepper.

    Bake at 375° for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Remove and set aside.
