- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1First, crack 2 or 3 eggs and mix.

4Add about 1/2 cup of sugar and mix.

5Last, deep fry at 250° until golden brown.

6(Oil should be 1 or 2-inches high.)

7Get toothpick and poke in the center of cookie to see if done; may take longer.
