  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 packages dried black fungus
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp pepper

    Defrost shrimp and peel.

    Chop into 3-4 pieces each

    Put dried black fungus in water for an hour

    Peel turnip and cut into cubes

    Mix pork, shrimp, dried black fungus and turnip.

    Add eggs, salt, pepper and cornstarch and mix
