- 2 cups raisins, seedless
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch) double crust, unbaked
- 1 x water hot
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 x powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450.

2Cover raisins with hot water and let sit for about 10 minutes and drain.

3Combine raisins with eggs, sugar, cornstarch, apple juice, molasses, and cinnamon.

4Mix well.

5Pour into pie shell.

6Finish with a lattice top and bake for 10 minutes at 450.

7Reduce heat to 350F (180C).

8Bake another 30 minutes or until pie is golden.

9Sprinkle top with confectioners' sugar while still warm and serve.
