  • 2 cups raisins, seedless
  • 1 each pie shell (9 inch) double crust, unbaked
  • 1 x water hot
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 x powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses

    Preheat oven to 450.

    Cover raisins with hot water and let sit for about 10 minutes and drain.

    Combine raisins with eggs, sugar, cornstarch, apple juice, molasses, and cinnamon.

    Finish with a lattice top and bake for 10 minutes at 450.
