  • 2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pie shell

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350° and bake 20 to 30 minutes. Cool.
