  • 2 c. frozen corn
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

    Bring cream and milk to the boiling point.

    Remove from heat and add butter.

    Beat each egg separately.

    Combine with sugar and salt.
