- 2 c. frozen corn
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Bring cream and milk to the boiling point.

2Remove from heat and add butter.

3Let cool.

4Beat each egg separately.

5Combine with sugar and salt.

6Add cream mixture.

7Stir in corn.

8Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until firm.
