  • 1 cup milk
  • 34 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • butter
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Blend all ingredients well.

    Grease griddle and preheat to 400 degrees.

    Pour some of batter onto griddle into thin 2-3 inch strips and lightly brown on both sides.

    Butter violas while they are hot so the butter melts and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

    Use a fork to roll them and top with fruit topping (if desired).
