- 1/2 lb. butter (must use real butter)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (8 oz.) bag Vitner corn pops
Directions

1Boil butter, sugar and syrup for 5 minutes.

2Add soda; mix well.

3Put corn pops in a large pan (a roaster works well).

4Pour syrup over corn pops and mix well. Bake at 250° for 45 minutes. Every 15 minutes remove from oven and stir well.

5Return to oven; repeat this 2 more times.

6When done, spread out on wax paper or a brown paper bag.

7Let cool.
