Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 2 cans water (I use the empty tomato cans)
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 Tbsp. cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- hot sauce to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Drain off fat.

2Combine with the rest of the ingredients.

3Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

4Add water as needed.

5Serve with crackers.

6This is really good on cold winter days.
