- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. raw rice (3 c. cooked)
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 can green chiles, chopped
- 5 oz. Cheddar cheese, chopped into small cubes
Directions

1Thaw and drain broccoli.

2Cook rice.

3Saute onion and celery in 1 to 2 tablespoons margarine until soft.

4Mix vegetables and soup; add chiles.

5Fold in rice sour cream and cheese (oblong baking dish).

6Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350° until bubbly and cheese is melted.
