- 6 to 8 carrots
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. vodka
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (optional)
Directions

1Peel carrots and cut into strips.

2Melt butter over medium heat and saute carrots 2 to 3 minutes.

3Add onions and cinnamon. Stir 2 to 3 minutes more.

4Add vodka.

5Stir well.

6Cover and cook over low heat (simmer) for 20 to 30 minutes.
