- 1 pound puff pastry
- 1 x tin foil
- 1 x egg wash
Directions

1Make a ball with the foil.

2Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness.

3Cut 2 squares.

4Place 1 square on a cooking sheet.

5Place foil ball in the center.

6Cover with the second sheet of dough.

7Using the ring from a tart mold as a guide cut a circle around about 1 1/2 inches away from foil.

8Make a hole on top for steam to escape.

9Decorate with trimmings.

10Paint eggwash.

11Bake in pre heated 400F (200C) oven for 40 minutes.

12Turn down heat to 300 after 20 minutes.

13Let cool, cut off top and remove foil carefully.

14Place hot filling inside and serve, or reheat if needed.
