- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes

1Melt Velveeta cheese in slow cooker.

2Brown ground chuck; drain fat.

3Add ground chuck to Velveeta cheese.

4Add 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes.

5Mix well.

6After cheese melts, completely simmer at least 30 minutes.

7Serve over Fritos or tortilla chips or favorite chips.
