  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 c. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled (leave whole)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 6 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Combine vinegar, soy sauce, onion, garlic and pepper. Marinate chicken at least 3 hours in refrigerator; drain.

    Save marinade for later.

    Mix mustard and 4 tablespoons ketchup.

    Brush each piece of chicken with mustard mixture, coating well.

    Bake, skin side down, at 350° for 30 minutes.

    (Bake on foil sprayed with Pam.)

    Turn pieces.

    Mix remaining ketchup with milk and reserved marinade.

    Pour sauce over chicken; bake additional 45 minutes.
