  • smoked ham (shank or canned ham)
  • 1 small jar Cajun mustard
  • 1 smal jar (1 c.) honey

Directions

    Remove skin from ham.

    Place ham on foil in baking dish. Spread mustard over ham.

    Pour honey over mustard.

    Wrap ham in foil and seal loosely.

    Bake at 325° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    Serve the sauce with the ham slices.
