  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 6 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

    Sift dry ingredients.

    Mix together.

    Make 3 holes in mixture. Fill one with oil, one with vanilla and one with vinegar.

    Pour water over all and mix well with a fork.

    Bake at 350° until cake tests done, about 30 minutes.
