Wacky Cake

Directions

   Mix together flour, white sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

   Make 3 holes in dry mixture.

   In one hole, pour vanilla.

   In next hole, pour liquid shortening.

   In last hole, pour vinegar.

   Over all pour cold water and mix well.

   Pour into well-greased 9 X 13 pan and bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees.

   This cake need not be iced.
