  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
  • 1 c. cold water

Directions

    Add all ingredients in bowl and mix together until well mixed. You may use an electric mixer.

    Grease and flour square cake pan (snack cake size).

    Bake about 30 minutes, until toothpick is clean at 325°.
