- 2 g dried wakame seaweed, more if desired
- 2 egg yolks or 1 egg
- oil or cooking spray
- salt, to taste
Directions

1Reconstitute the wakame.

2Beat egg/egg yolks and add salt to taste and oil (or add it after heating pan. This way it avoids fire spitting).

3Heat pan.

4When pan is hot, pour in egg mixture.

5Put the wakame on top.

6Flip the egg over.

7Fold into omelet.
