- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 milk
- 1/2 water
- 1/4 salt
- 2 tablespoons mixed herbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 5 handful spinach
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 4 cherry tomatoes
Directions

2Mix flour, salt and mixed herbs together

3Whisk together flour and eggs.

4Gradually add milk and water and beat until smooth.

5Heat small amount of olive oil in a riddle.

6Pour 1/4 batter and tilt the pan with circular motion

7Cook crepe for 2 min or until golden brown and flip it over.

8FILLING

9Saute all vegies once cooked fold it in your crepe.

10Serve with Slices of orange and red cherries.
