  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 c. cubed apples
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/4 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise type salad dressing

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Add cold water; chill until partially set.

    Add apples, celery and walnuts.

    Pour into lightly greased (with mayonnaise) ring mold; chill until set.

    Mix the sour cream, marshmallows and salad dressing.

    Unmold the salad and place salad dressing mixture in the center.
