- 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped apples
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. halved seedless red or green grapes
- 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
- leaf lettuce (optional)
Directions

1In a medium mixing bowl combine apples, celery, grapes, yogurt and walnuts; mix well.

2Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.

3If desired, serve in a lettuce-lined bowl.

4Yield: 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
