- 2 c. chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. halved red grapes
- 1/2 c. toasted walnuts
- 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/3 c. lemon yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- lettuce leaves (optional)
Directions

1In a large bowl, toss together pineapple, apple, celery, grapes, walnuts and kiwi.

2In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt and honey.

3Fold gently into fruit mixture.

4Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.

5Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
