Ingredients

  • 4 c. cubed Red Delicious apples
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. green or red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. light mayonnaise
  • 3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. skim milk

Directions

    Toss fruits, celery and nuts together.

    In separate bowl, combine last 5 ingredients.

    Toss with fruit mixture.

    Chill well. Let sit a couple of hours before serving.
