Walleye Parmesan

  • 1 1/2 lb. Walleye fillets, cut in pieces
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and paprika.

    Place butter in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Lay fillets in the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Bake at 425° for about 6 minutes, then carefully turn fillets.

    Dribble lemon juice over fillets, then sprinkle Parmesan mixture on top.

    Return to oven and bake until thickest part of the fish flakes easily with fork.
