- 1 1/2 lb. Walleye fillets, cut in pieces
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and paprika.

2Place butter in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

3Lay fillets in the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Bake at 425° for about 6 minutes, then carefully turn fillets.

5Dribble lemon juice over fillets, then sprinkle Parmesan mixture on top.

6Return to oven and bake until thickest part of the fish flakes easily with fork.
