- 3 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon crystals
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 8 Tbsp. flour
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 small pkg. (8 oz.) herb stuffing
- 6 to 8 oz. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Cook broccoli until barely tender.

2Drain and put in casserole dish.

3Melt the 1/2 cup butter and add the flour.

4Remove from heat and add bouillon.

5Gradually add milk.

6Return to heat and cook until smooth and boiling.

7Pour over broccoli.

8Heat the 3/4 cup water and 6 tablespoons butter.

9Add the stuffing and walnuts. Sprinkle over broccoli and bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
