  • 12 cup cacao, powder
  • 18 teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 cup pitted medjool dates, packed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 14 cup raw walnuts, crushed

    Place almond meal, cacao powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

    Add dates and honey, and mix well.

    Line a loaf or square pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
