- 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, flattened 1/2-inch thick between sheets of dampened wax paper and cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces
- 2 c. walnuts, chopped fine
- oil for deep frying
Directions

1In a bowl, blend the egg whites, cornstarch, garlic and salt until the mixture is combined well.
