Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9-inch shell
- 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In small saucepan, combine evaporated milk, margarine and chocolate morsels.

2Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted.

3Remove from heat; stir well until thick and smooth.

4Cool slightly.

5In small mixer bowl, combine eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.

6Beat on medium speed about 30 seconds.

7Add cooled chocolate mixture and beat 30 seconds more; do not overmix. Stir in walnuts; pour into pie shell.

8Bake in preheated 375° oven 30 to 35 minutes or until set and top is firm.

9Cool completely before cutting.
