- cooking spray
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans enchilada sauce
- 12 small corn tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- onion salt
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Brown ground beef and drain.

3Mix in 1 cup salsa.

4Mix in 1/2 can of enchilada sauce.

5Season with salt, pepper, onion salt and paprika.

6In a 9x12-inch pan spray bottom with cooking spray.

7Pour 1/2 can of enchilada sauce on bottom of pan. Make sure bottom is covered in sauce.

8Layer 6 corn tortillas to cover bottom.

9Spoon beef mixture over tortillas.

10Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese or enough to cover beef.

11Layer with tortillas to cover beef.

12Pour remaining enchilada sauce over tortillas.

13Cover with rest of cheese.

14Bake for 30 minutes.
