- 1/2 cups Oat Flour (see Note)
- 12 Medjool Dates, Pitted
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cups Almonds
- 1/2 cups Dried Apricots
Directions

1Note: To make oat flour, place 1 cup rolled oats into the food processor and puree until it becomes a fine powder.

2To the oat flour in the food processor bowl, add the medjool dates (make sure you take the pits out) and pulse for a minute. Add in the nuts and dried apricots and continue to pulse until it forms a ball.

3ake mixture out and press into a sprayed 9x9 pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into 12 bars.
