Ingredients
- 4 oz. vermicelli or spaghetti, broken
- 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 c. walnuts
Directions

1Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.

2Rinse and drain.

3Drain artichoke hearts, reserving marinade.

4Blend marinade with garlic and basil.

5Chop artichokes. Toss with pasta, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and marinade mixture. Cover and chill.

6Toss in walnuts before serving.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings.
