Walnut Pie

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 20 Ritz crackers
  • butter (approximately 1 Tbsp.)

Directions

    Beat egg whites, adding sugar slowly.

    Crumble walnuts and crackers into egg white mixture.

    Cut butter into small squares and spread over bottom of pie pan (leave butter chunky, do not melt).

    Pour mixture into pie pan. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
